About the Business
I began my plastering career 15 years ago with Trumpers, Birmingham's most established restoration plastering company, and was schooled by some of the finest craftsmen in the UK.
They showed and taught me everything from traditional sand and lime plastering, to solid run cornice, fibrous cornice, ornate and decorative plasterwork, lath and plaster and external rendering. Covering this wide range of plastering has enabled me to gain the knowledge, skills and techniques required for restoration plastering.
I have been privileged to work on restoration projects involving some of the UK's most prestigious buildings including National Trust properties, The Royal Botanical Gardens at Kew, Chatsworth House Derbyshire, Jesus College Cambridge, Churches, Cathedrals, and Local Authority buildings such as Town Halls, Court Houses and Schools.
