Plasterflair was established in 1995 in Bristol by Jim Rollin. Jim already had over 10 years experience in ornamental plastering and quickly gained a reputation as a professional in his field.

The company expanded in 2001 and continues to grow. We have been involved in large conservation projects and small private jobs.

We can match any existing plaster mouldings exactly and have many years experience in Lime Plastering.

Ornamental plastering is a ancient art. During the seventeenth, eighteenth and well into the nineteenth century, almost all prominent buildings used this art form in their construction. Here are some examples of ornamental plasterwork & lime plasterwork.

The versatility and beauty of this craft has been employed down through the centuries to decorate some of the worlds most impressive architecture.

As time went by, more and more of this beautiful work was eliminated from our architecture, making it in todays modern times a specialised craft, still using traditional methods from many centuries ago.
